Personal Sales agreement - Exitus Elite

THIS AGREEMENT...entered into this day of February 4, 2026 by and between Exitus Elite Affiliate Kellen Burgos

(Exitus Elite Affiliate) and Pankaj Motwani (Sales follow-up & closer)​ Parker, hereinafter referred to as P.J.

 

Conditions of this agreement are as follows:

​

1) Kellen will pass prospects on to P.J. (from Kellen's marketing efforts) unless prospects have contacted Kellen directly.

​

2) P.J. will follow-up with prospects in attempt to close (sign-up) prospects as Exitus Elite member/affiliates via phone and/or email.

​

3) Prospects will be directed to Kellen's Exitus Elite affiliate website for sign-up.

4) After prospects have sent their admin fee (according to the level they've chosen) and when they've paid their product/affiliate fee to Kellen (according to the chosen level of $100, $250, $500, $1000 or $2000) via any of the available payment systems, Kellen will in turn pay P.J. a sales fee/commission of 20% or 50% based on the following:

Commissions % will be based on the following:

​

• 20% will be paid to P.J. for prospects that Kellen generates

• 50% will be paid to P.J. for prospects he generates himself

​

5) Sales commissions will be paid to P.J. within 24 - 48 hrs (depending on when pymt is received & cleared)

6) Commission will be forwarded (paid) by way of Cash App, Venmo, Zelle or PayPal

​

This agreement will be in place as long as both parties agree.
